FLEET LIST
C & R owns, operates and maintains a large selection of medium to large earthmoving machinery to ensure the best service and contract completion for our clients. We utilize some of the latest cutting-edge computer technology to maximise accuracy and we are continuously updating our gear with later models to achieve higher fuel efficiency. In conjunction with our skilled surveying and design staff, our machinery is equipped as necessary with GPS for enhanced site productivity.
All our plant fleet is available for hire – either dry or wet, including operators and fuel, short or long term - periods from a fortnight to two years if required.
RIGID FRAME DUMP TRUCKS
C&R own and operate a wide selection of dump trucks, to suit the diversity of projects we engage in. Our dump truck fleet ranges from 60 tonne to 100 tonne, with the majority being CATERPILLAR or KOMATSU
EXCAVATORS
C&R own a wide range of excavators, with sizes ranging from 12 tonne through to three 200 tonne class mass excavators. Many of these are equipped with GPS systems to ensure accuracy and precision when undertaking complex excavation.
BULLDOZERS
C&R bulldozer fleet ranges from the giant D11T's down to the highly efficient D6 model, many of which are equipped with GPS. The versatility in our bulldozer selection means we can undertake a range of projects in all types of challenging conditions.
LOADERS
Loaders are an integral component to C&R's fleet list, where we range from 6 tonne to 110 tonne. Our impressive KOMATSU WA900-3 (pictured) has recently completed works for Stage 1 at Lyttleton Port.
ARTICULATED DUMP TRUCK
C&R have an expanding selection of 30, 40 and 60 tonne articulating dump trucks (ADT), from KOMATSU and VOLVO. The articulating capability of these machines offer versatility in more challenging loading and dumping environments, whilst ensuring stability and reduced carry back.
COMPACTORS / ROLLERS
C&R's compactor / roller fleet ranges from our CAT 825H's through to a CS56B which features on-board compaction measurement readings. Our machines are utilized across most major civil and quarry projects where the construction of engineered fills are required.
The Grader fleet list at C&R ranges in size from 12 tonne to over 60 tonne. The standout of the lot is our CAT 24H, at a little over 15 metres long, weighing over 62 tonne and includes a 7.3-metre moldboard.
GRADERS
C&R's Watercart fleet are central to our mining and quarrying operations where dust suppression is paramount. Our fleet ranges from rigid frame 85,000L dump trucks down to a 12,000L road truck.
WATERCARTS
An increasing number of C&R's machines have been equipped with the latest GPS control systems, ensuring accuracy and precision minimizing rework and enhances site productivity.
